Does not smell good at all .... down over 25% .... huge fall ... and closed very close to its low for the day on heavy volume for this stock.

What does that tell you?

It tells me that all is not well with this company, no matter what postive spin the snake oil merchants peddle.

Listen to the market and don't risk hard-earned dollars (or cents)

PS ... I did hold this stock a long while back but sold out around the $1.00 mark for a small nominal loss ... proved to be a good move with hindsight. I still have an interest in checking on stocks that I once held. Hence this post.
