One has to look at who is controlling ARQ . ARQ is helpless to help itself atm . ARQ had no intention of doing BS-4 all along , but ..............????????????
Now there is no current certainty of the well program going forward......????????????
We have a problem .....which time can only fix , maybe next month , maybe longer ........think about it !!
