i expect some cni applications were rejected because they were too small. expensive to trade on the toronto market. may be a few bounced cheques too that always happens and people complain when they have not the money.
noted last night cni went up 40c back to initial price with over 300,000 traded.
thank goodness for duncan. sure he inherited a mess from the other guy.
