Call me stupid, I dont see any evidence (yet) that anything has changed. This company is a basket case. Crippling debt, many times the market cap. Reliability problems. Problems going live, Problems delivering on time. Possibility of administration or liquidation or severe dilution through raising. In the event of liquidation there will be very little if anything to go around.
The fact that the share price has crept up a bit from its recent low means nothing. The fundamentals are very poor.
