Wouldn't that mean marginal projects get canned (both current and up and coming) and to maintain a certain amount of global gold demand funds will flow towards quality developers right now? Doesn't this affirm Rick Rules stance that it is an absolutely fabulous time to identify quality up and coming developers where a lot of money will be made?
