My broker tells me its simply "short sellers" buying to cover their positions. Also some taking position so dont miss out on any uptick. My view also that Atlas simply has some catching up to do (when compared to other io produ
cers). Realisation that io price is going to hold up for longer is forcing a rerating. If look at fundamentals its a cash cow even if ignoring the growth potential.
