Who knows SP3 but I'd be surprised if ESI weren't in some form of discussion with Govt reminding them of who they are.
For example in Victoria (following ARUP) you would think that ESI is the better candidate for Govt support over the MTE tech at Loy Yang. Both are dewatering techs and probably nearest rivals but my understanding is that ESI is quite a bit ahead.
Pretty tough if the decision is made by Govt to pump further grants/funds into MTE pilot plant when ESI is nearly ready commercially.
