I would say shareholders can clearly see that ASX had already formed its own conclusion before the independant expert reviewed the Visa disclosure dated 4th September. CU would have known about these statements from Visa as ASX were querying them on 5th August, 1 month before instead of waiting for an impartial experts opinion on it. Seems CU saw these Visa AML opinions for what they were.
Have not checked date of KevLews email asking the independant expert to look at visa with the "have you reviewed these bereaches of disclosure" statement...but i assume it was before August 5th as initial independant expert report is dated July 16th.
