Again I appreciate the measured response but I'd agree to disagree, I just can't see why Visa would want to or need to lie - the simplest explanation is usually the best and that is that there was a legitimate AML disagreement.
On the no reported AML issue topic, this just feels like another smokescreen. You are required to report AML breaches... Visa was unhappy with the processes (that could have but hadn't yet) allowed a breach - therefore no need to report. Sends a great sound bite to shareholders to harp on that though.
