I'd agree to disagree on the second bullet as things can change quickly and standards/goal posts can move but I see your point.

On the 3rd bullet my read was that VISA provided the opportunity but it was ISX that seemed dis-interested in participating/rectifyig issues. No I agree we haven't seen the other side of that correspondence but as a shareholder that msg would bother me.
