@retiredyoung Hey mate, Say ISX was dealing with merchants X.Y and Z. Now X, Y and Z are independent entities registered with ASIC and they have been in operation since they got all their approvals from the Australian regulators.

Now in due course X and Y have been investigated for breach of some rules in contracts with some other 3rd parties. The minute this was out in the news. ISX stopped dealing with X and Y entities.

Now ISX deals with all entities who are registered with ASIC (Australian regulator) who provided license to operate based on their individual credibility.

How is ISX to blame for X and Y wrong doing. ISX stopped transacting with these entities the minute they were being investigated.

Now ASX is trying to potray all of this nonsense to defame ISX.

Now no mention of ISX in any of the investigations of entities X and Y. so How on earth is ISX responsible in transacting with X and Y initiially.

I would say all regulators should also be at fault for giving licence to X and Y to operate in the first place.

ISX holders correct me if I am wrong.
