    I see Helen Coonan, who is on the board of Crown is also the chair of AFCA, which is the financial services complaints ombudsman. Yes, Helen presides over proven lax AML and governance practices at Crown only to hypocritically 'regulate' customer complaints stemming from alleged FS industry misconduct. I think Helen's days at AFCA are numbered...
