Hi @itzgr82balive thats great work. I assume JK and the iSX counsel can pick 2c as and when necessary.

I was personally involved in court ordered mediation on a civil matter between a big developer and a unit/aparment owner.

These minute details and point to point explanation actually helps in driving home our point.

Its so personal to someone in the ASX that they are putting everything at risk to see ISX dry.

Its just not so fair and I hope the hon. Judge see's it that way.

ASX should be penalised and punished for their egoistic/adamant behavior towards ISX.

Hope we make it out with flying colors. Fingers crossed.
