Please stop talking about SP when making comparisons across companies, it’s really meaningless as it’s always about Market Cap comparisons.

My take over calculations differ greatly to yours…

AUC at $150/oz x 1.5M oz = $225M take over offer would be fair and reasonable at this point in time, which puts SP around $0.10 give or take.

I’m not saying AUC shouldn’t be valued more than this down the road, but it will require further de-risking the project and proving up more oz of gold (or better yet, discovering more).

The future is positive for AUC (especially because it’s open pit with 3M+ oz potential), just requires patience and a change in sentiment. I bought more today and are holding plenty, and I do expect my patience to be well rewarded.
