I am with Corgi, I believe the re rate will happen when we least expect it. No timeframe or major announcement will lock it in. Sure there might be little spikes after major announcements as we have seen the past few years, but due to the current state of the market there is generally a sell off in the week following. We have to continue to be patient and await major holders or instos accumulating long. Which in this sporadic market is quite rare, they all want quick gains. Once we see sustained volume over a longer period in a better market for gold (which is close IMO) we will know this re rate is incredibly close.
The question is, will this take place before the takeover?! I really hope so to maximise our returns...
