the lure of property for first home owners, on paper, is best its been in ages
low rates, lower purchase prices, government help
if they come in with a good deposit >20% (which is rare) they will do ok imo
if those that enter the market dont learn the lesson of what has happened lately they will get crushed, i think people are wising up against massive debt
for those that dont they only should blame themselves when things go astray
