Well I guess if MINUS 0.35% is the magic bullet, the FED might as well DECREASE rates this week, instead of increasing.

But just think. The FED has it in its power to simply DECREASE rates and fix all. Heck they might as well throw some QE in there.
Man... what ever happened to the world of saving 10% of your money for the future and investing it into industries that BENEFIT mankind and make the world BETTER. A classic win-win. But, no, oh oh... we need to have the Keynes Ponzi Scheme. And if you dont join the Ponzi scheme your money is STOLEN from you, at MINUS 0.35%, plus bank fees, plus falling real wages, plus increasing house, medical, education, food (not sure about food).
