I couldn't agree more with you about the mental health comments; they were completely inappropriate. I guess I was just surprised to see sentiment turn so quickly when so many people had been posting links to stories that were favourable for CFU. True these were not coming from the company but they are an indication of the broader climate that the company is working within. I think CFU needs to work on PR skills as well as product development. I think emailing is a great idea.
