From previous ANN's the new company has signed over 100 mill in deals in China. So MC would make EPA worth somewhere just under 10 cents for that alone and then there is the possibility of new deals since the last twelve months. So who know. IMO somewhere over 8 cents value with deal going ahead and no problems in the way. Also the top 20 have a very high% of the share base so it will be just the little guys trying to buy in or the Top 20 Topping up. GLTAH
