The ausbil sell down was in response to a well publicized cash flow crisis.
I'm not saying RVR isn't being capped, but I see zero evidence to suggest it. I hear people make this claim a lot on Hotcopper. It's an explanation that allows one to maintain ones preexisting bullish conviction while also explaining poor price performance. It can be a biproduct of confirmation bias.
