"See no evidence to support it". Today is a prime example. Think about this, if you were a big player and had the ability to keep the price subdued at a level that you believe will profit on big news, would you? Holding the price at this range until the big news is released allows big players to accumulate at a level they have determined will make significant profit when the price moving news hits (off-takes, return to production, resource upgrades). It's more evident here than most stocks.
