Oorain, can you elaborate on what you have heard about CL.

I am thinking a class action could be on the cards against nms for their blatant deceptive conduct and lack of disclosure

I for one was thinking of ditching my now worthless shares in october but after speaking with Russell Collins was convinved all was well - that they were still winning plently of day to day work and he mentioned that the line in the AFR about nms being 'on ongoing concern' was exaggerated and misleading and that all the posts on HC were making mountains out of molehills.

Well it turns out Russell Colllins was misleading me and I am probably the greater fool for listening to him.

I would be happy to partake in a class action against the board and CL for their lies and deception.
