My thoughts.....
Cliffs tried to use a "big stick" approach, that did not work.
Cliffs are not really into smaller exploration anymore, they are taking on the bigger projects now... a bit of a change of company policy...
They are happy to get a free ride, they didn't spend much on Irvine so the cash and shares that they got was good for them and was really good for us...
