    I know that this is not my fight, but I have lodged a formal complaint with the ASX regarding the director's conduct surrounding statements regarding participation in the rights issue, and subsequent non-participation with no announcement prior to the close of the issue and/or lack of compliance with listing rules.

    It may not go anywhere, but I will let you know if something does come of it.
