Property prices are as you say and I would love them to keep going up but like the market we are playing in now, it will peak. a very good litmus to the areas of future growth are the developer submissions to the water corp. All development out 10 years is planned and strategicaly designed for sustainability. Lancelin is good as long as you are not sitting next door tot he Alkimos sewer site (still up in the air). train down south will be a great boost in and around the rental suburbs near rockingham (Defense). I have a triplexe in Nollamara and plann to build when I get the LVR behind me.
I am keen to see houw any mergers/TO's will effect our GBG ride. I trust there are no Profs wanting 76% of the pie.
