    You ask "why exercise the buy back and not follow through?"

    I ask "why not exercise the buy back it was free to do so?"

    12 months option to buy back for free, exercise come back in 6 or 9 months and see the landscape at that point.

    If they are going to explore one would hope they get cracking either succeed or fail quickly so AZS can know where they stand.
