Company notice advises "the Key Employee Employment Agreements between JAET and each of the Key Employees, subject to Shareholder approval, an aggregate of 50,000,000 Shares will be allotted and issued to the Key Employees when commercial production of HDDR Powder by Strong Magnet has commenced and HDDR Powder production of 6 tonnes per week has been achieved continuously over a four(4) week production period. That milestone is anticipated to be met during January to February 2008."
Production has commenced and cash flow should not be far away. Expect SP to move very soon.
