3 weeks ago (17-11) the AGM was held and at the very begining there are two interesting comments:
"The other issue is the change in our distribution. While Greg will take you through this in more detail, given the turmoil going on in debt and equity markets, the board
believed it was prudent to revise our earnings outlook and distribution to 19.3 cents per security on a fully diluted basis."
and...
"We currently have:
1. $1.5 billion of available liquidity;
2. A pro forma headline gearing ratio of 35 per cent, after taking into account foreign exchange movements and completed asset sales."
That was 3 weeks ago with a NTA of $1.72 per share. Has anything changed and we haven't been informed????
