Even in a total liquidation the management rights are worth a lot of money.
Greg Goodman in the AFR today mentioned the significant opportunities that will be available in 09 to capitalise on others misfortunes and picking up high quality assets.
Even though commercial and industrial property values will decline they have already been more than factored into the sp.
