I agree on that. These guys are sitting on $1.5b and moving in a sector full of opportunities to concentrate on their main activities or diversify. I would even think that looking at Centro’s assets would be a good chance to increment cash flow for FY09. If they don’t cut the dividend this will be the best investment I have made in years!
