Too many bloody lifestyle directors on the ASX! The ASIC and the financial regulators seriously needs to have very strict and strigent rules in order to become an ASX listed company director! There are far too many times the shareholders are being shafted by these lifestyle directors, it is absolutely immoral and it is daylight robbery by the conniving individual directors!
