I listened to a link before, they talked about the USD being like a champion horse that had been out for a while and when it returned to racing everyone still bet on it, even though it wasn't anywhere near the horse it was.
I can see total sense in that and that could be a reason that it has strengthened. Looking to the $USD for safety can't last
