The shortfall shares application form stated that it had to be submitted by 90 days after the share offer closed. After the offer closed and the uptake of shares was announced, I emailed the company to ask if any of the shortfall shares would be offered to shareholders, or would they all be sold to the underwriter? They never replied to my email.
I now see that the full allocation of 728 million shares has been listed in the appendix 3B. So the underwriter must have taken up the 324 million shares shortfall.
