In my opinion something very shifty is going on! Bob could easily be a "trojan horse" - stalling any "progress " all positive feedback and yet they can't find any one that wants a deal? Unless this is all orchestrated to elude that they can't find someone therefore justify a cheap T/O or justify going into administration and delist ! They know it works so they have all the data- what stops them from going it "alone"
FbR can easily - start building homes and get value for shareholders but they choose NOT to. They can easily change business direction and become a " builder " but yet they choose NOT to! It's easy when directors are getting paid and it's not their money! Guaranteed if directors were using their own money or their own money was at stake they would EASILY find an alternative route in making this work!
