The facts as I understand are these
Fracking regulations and exploration rights will be issued imminently however initial work programs will not include fracking,There will be seismic , borehole drilling and other explrstory activities to determine the amount of gas .
Fracking will be done once this is complete which will coincide with the government initiated reprt to understand all aspects of the shale gas industry .
This is consistent with Cels work program and why the amended environmental report does not include a reference to fracking.
The trading now is on insignificant volumes and is not at all reflective of.the situation.The regulations should be gazetted very soon and this will confirm the exploration licenses are on track,
