relying on $80 million timpb moving from the debt side of the balance sheet on 30 sept 2009 to the equity side to justify price paid for timg.

hope can believe statements on payt of $5.00 interest to timg in may 2009 & nov 2009.

has an auditor really signed off on the $44 million profit for yr to 30/9/08 yet.
