Hi Buster, If as I understand it the application for Nasdaq listing has been lodged how can anyone construe that they may be stalling it. You lodge an application and you await the approval. Because the issue is imo a material one ,disclosure laws would require the company to advise the market as soon as approval has been granted notwithstanding what the actual listing date would be. So I am just waiting for the approval to be given and for the market to be informed. Dont see any issue in at all.
