    guy puts down $100k and has 2 years to pay the rest
    great deal...............for the buyer

    and the buyer is a director.............

    so........ director works for company, gets paid fees, does poor job, company on its knees, director swoops and for 100k buys most of the company which he couldn't get going when he was working for them ?
