    "Isn't it good that they've not been able to damage the economy further with a lot more climate baloney legislation !". ..... I'm assuming from the lack of a "?" that this isn't really a question but a statement.

    of course i strongly disagree. but in the context that it might be a question, no its bloody appalling.

    they've actually increased emissions by approving at least 12 now or extended coal mine applications, including 3 in one day just 2 months ago.

    skip the politics on carbon emissions and simply look at the science of GW and we see the increased emissions increase our national output, without counting the emissions released when the coal is actually burned. return the politics and its very serious breaches of election promises to reduce emissions.

    the gutless and lazy Labs are lying of carbon offset by increasing PVA/wind generation without regard for the future energy needs. they've even ignored the importance of researching nuclear energy, as they would if they were being responsible.

    imo we need to remove politics from such decisions by ditching political parties and voting in independent candidates to dispose of stupid party ideologies and the superficial battle between stupid parties.
