Hi Kungpowbeef,

For de-listing (Removal from the official list of the ASX), refer to the Bidder's Statement page 6 (near the bottom), and sections 8.3 and 8.4 on page 52.

Section 8.4 gives them the option to change their mind and seek to de-list BRM if they have 75%.

In any case, they can only de-list if there are less than 500 other shareholders with shares @ $2,000 or more which might prove difficult for them (I hope!).
