FO, the court didn't have a problem with it, in fact they were more in the way of thinking why should Q sell the uranium just to save AGS?
I think it is time to move on buddy. AGS were done like a dog's dinner, nobody wanted to stand up for us. Personally I think there was far more going on behind the scenes and the only losers were us mug shareholders. Wouldn't surprise me if a few people picked up a small stake in General Atomics out of this.
