AGS have never been open and honest with their own shareholders from the beginning. FO can you tell me what the misleading and deceptive conduct case was based on? Nobody has a clue because AGS asked for a confidentiality clause to be put on the case. Even now after the case is closed and the asset given away they will never tell us.

And who can remember the negative spin they would put on announcements? Why?
