Sorry to bring up history again but the facts are there, FO.

AGS mismanaged. Going back to the intra court years HC records would confirm that I queried whether we had enough cash to continue the legal battle, with or without sales. Sales would have helped, but not entirely (see earlier Anns).

The board was risk averse enough to offload all our Maldon gold (resulting in $121.000 and 8.8m ayc shares from privatisation of ors); but not risk averse enough to see what happens to anyone and everone if they don't have enough cash to pay their dues, when due. Namely a fire sale, or bankruptcy. AGS's no cash situation is the mystery to me, not Q/HG's exploiting such an obvious vulnerability by delaying sales.
