and you seem like a good bloke not to have a dig regarding the chile flop even though it wouldn't worry me if you did.
maybe in a strange way quasar was hoping that alliance hit the jackpot in chile because if alliance did then maybe this thread wouldn't exist today.
with regard to alliance not going the distance on the judgement i can only assume it was based on risk management.
the dynamics of that risk management is the mystery.
maybe a question that needs to be asked by an authority is: was quasar unflairly taking advantage of alliance's situation?
for the record i am not making any accusations of any wrong doing by any party associated with the four mile uranium project. it's not for me to say what is for example fair or unfair.
