Ok as I see it we were just unlucky to buy into AGS. Maybe you've heard of a perfect storm?

A JV partner who is ruthless and lacking in any morals or conscience.
AGS management who are totally useless.
And a JV agreement that was a waste of the paper it was written on.
And an Aust government and legal system that supports the rich and powerful.

Chris is right, I hope you do get your money back. Why would I want to see you all lose more? My problem is with AGS management and how pathetically they run the company and treat their shareholders. Why have the never told us what the Misleading and Deceptive Conduct case was based on? Maybe it had no base, that's why we lost. A fire sale of 25% of one of the greatest uranium discoveries in the last 25 years. Absolutely pathetic!

And you don't have a problem with a Gandel Metals employee running the financials of AGS!!! Seriously?
