Thanks FO. Worth a re-read and a re-think. But "beyond hard commercial bargaining" ? I don't think it would be perceived that way by the authorities. With the swag of legal and risk management "experts" we paid for it would be hard, in my view, to perceive AGS as a weak and vulnerable partner. .. I apologise for flogging my own dead horse but ... how could a financially responsible company allow its cash to be totally exhausted at such a critical phase in what must have been ongoing negotiations (low ball offers and rejections) ? .... I'll give it a rest now. The sales contract has long been settled (and btw wasn't that a quick cash settlement from the JV partner. No delays there once signed by our directors for one and all . Easy to see that the owners of GA have their roots in successful realestate transactions; as does our major shareholder/director too of course.

Looking forward to some good news from AGS ... Well any news re our future direction would be good. GL everyone.
