imo you are way too simplistic in your observations.
lets assume there was other parties interested in the alliance resources 25% four mile stake. lets assume that those other parties are a lot more sophisticated/diversified than alliance resources.
alliance is on public record as putting its stake up for sale.
why would a well funded entity (company or fund or whatever) not be interested enough to buy or even make an offer for the alliance four mile stake?
for the record i am not making any accusations of any wrong doing by any party associated with the four mile uranium project. it's not for me to say what is for example fair or unfair.
