    Because it was planned this way FO. The only loser was the mug shareholder. We will never know the truth cause backroom deals were done in my opinion.

    It happens all the time and the regulators don't care. Have you sent your complaint to the ACCC yet?

    Why did AGS put itself in a position where the only way out was a fire sale. Surely no board is that incompetent!
