The POH Board of Directors and Management both believe that the company has a strong $400M[AU]arbitration claim against Mylan.This potential cash injection is clearly not reflected in the current POH share price.
With 1.2BN shares on issue a successful net claim against Mylan of say $12oM[30%] is worth about 10 cents per share.This value obviously goes up and down in line with success or failure of the claim above or below the $120M nominated amount.
