KDR didn't just sell half their resource. They are working together, and SQM has the expertise to get them producing carbonate/hydroxide. That's where the real value is.

We are not planning on selling, we are planning on producing. How can you not understand this?

The 691million NPV would be for a tiny piece of the tenement at its current resource level. We would be selling the 33mt resource we have already delineated, plus the huge unmined zones all over the map.
